Is my website collecting more than it should?

Lots of small-business sites set tracking cookies before the visitor has said yes, and the owner usually has no idea. We're building a free check that tells you, in plain English.

What we're building

The free check. You give us your web address. We load your homepage the way a brand-new visitor would, click nothing, and list which cookies and trackers switched themselves on before anyone pressed "accept". Thirty seconds, nothing to install, and we don't keep your address.

Then, if you want it, the fix list: £49. A short plain-English report of what to change and in what order, written so you or your web person can act on it. We don't touch your site. We tell you exactly what to ask for and confirm when it's done.

Why it matters

In the UK, advertising cookies need a yes from the visitor before they start. On a lot of small-business sites they start anyway, usually because a plugin or an ad tag was switched on with the default settings and nobody looked again. Three quiet things follow: your ad platforms are learning from data they shouldn't have yet, visitors who notice trust you a little less, and you're relying on nobody ever asking.

None of it is dramatic. All of it is easy to tidy once you can see it, and most sites only need a few settings changed.

Want to know when it's ready?

Pop your email in and we'll tell you the moment the free check is ready. If you add your web address, we'll run yours first.

We only use your email to tell you about this check. No newsletter, nothing shared. Privacy
